Job Description

Qatar Power Construction WLL - : • Lead the HR operations by effectively monitoring the attendance, recruitment status, visas, employment contracts, personnel files and other support activities. • Ensure timely creation and renewal of all the agreements related to agencies, employment contracts, Qatar IDs, Health cards and other legal and company requirements • Monitor daily attendance report for all office staff and notify late comers and absent employees • Maintain all HR registries, documents and HR Manual, policies& Procedures as per the ISO standard • Maintain strong coordination and follow up with the selected candidates for all the required documents, visa issuance transfer process and ensure their timely on-boarding • Maintain the updated visa status with respect to nationality gender profession. • Ensure all the employee files are updated and required documents are uploaded in soft copy format in the server. • Follow-up with the man power agencies and candidates for their arrival date and take complete ownership and responsibility of their on-boarding process. • Coordinate with relevant departments for making necessary arrangements for picking up form airport, stay residence, office space, stationary, IT equipment (where applicable) as per employee entitlement. • Create employee record in the HR software with hard copy documentation in personnel file and arrange necessary orientation for all the new joiner staff (Office and Engineers only) once they arrive.
