Real Estate Sales Representative Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients, answering queries and offering advice. Your job purpose is to execute property sales to achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high quality customer service, and identifying opportunities for growing sales volume, market shares and profitability to grow future business. Job duties ï‚· Meet/guide/assist the buyers/sellers and connect them in regards with the property ï‚· Plan and organize the customer and real-estate list ï‚· Actively prospects and acquires new clients. ï‚· Update market prices of the real-estate ï‚· Find new buyers/sellers and real-estate ranging from residential to commercial ï‚· Provide and offer the best price and terms to the parties ï‚· Assist in drawing up contracts on behalf of the firm ï‚· Have to work on different schedules based upon client and work demands ï‚· Perform related duties and submit to the supervisor reports on a timely basis Qualification & skills ï‚· 2-3 years proven working experience in real-estate sector in Qatar (GCC) ï‚· Should be bilingual (English/Arabic) (Verbal and written) ï‚· Familiar with MS office applications ï‚· Strong sales/marketing skills ï‚· Good etiquette and behavior ï‚· Should have a valid Qatari driving license ï‚· Should be able to adapt to different timings ï‚· Performance driven individual and negotiating skills
