VOIP Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skill Set required: Strong VoIP background. Must be able to administer Cisco’s VoIP portfolio including Unified Communications Manager v.10.5, UCCX, Voice Gateways, Telepresence, TMS, Jabber Strong networking background. Must be able to administer Cisco’s Catalyst and Nexus line of switches, ISR’s and ASR’s line of routers Strong troubleshooting skills. Can systematically work-out the issues related to network and voice infrastructure. Can support the wireless infrastructure using Cisco access points and the 8500 line of controllers. Can work with commercial and open-source tools to aid in administration and troubleshooting Experienced with VMWare’s ESXi and Microsoft Server platform Key Responsibilities: Engage with key stake holders, internal and external, to understand their requirements.
