Responsibilities Change the entire structure and move millions of documents in department wise folder structure. Changes will be in EDMS profiles & Indexing tool EDMS New Profile Creation (folder structure to be introduced & Changes in indexing/re-indexing tool) Expose web service/adapter from EDMS to other interface (Kofax/BPM application) External application should able to Create/Index/Move/Re-Index/Search documents Writing program to extract data/classify documents and move to EDMS Develop KOFAX workflow (Maker/Checker concept)
