Senior Technician - Service Desk for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skill set Required 3 years in IT&T service desk support or system administrations. Minimum Qualifications: • B.Cs. in computer science/engineering or National Diploma and relevant experience. • Certification (such as Microsoft, A+, CCNA and others) is preferable. Basic Role: • Strong hands-on IT hardware and software experience especially with recent Microsoft products (operating systems, office) to provide professional helpdesk support. • Capability of handling calls from end users over phone or any other channel.
