We are looking for a Experienced Sales and Marketing Executive who has sold to HNI/UHNW (high net worth client), So if you are from the Banking, Real Estate or Insurance sector targeting HNI clients selling any banking product or luxury villas to HNI clients we want to hear from you. KEY RESULT AREAS 1. Sales & Marketing 2. Customer Care 3. Collections 4. Finance & Accounts Sales & Marketing a) Ensure that the monthly revenue targets in business immigration are met. b) Responsible for laying down procedures and ensuring same are followed for QA generation, seminars and referrals. Plan and implement sales strategies for increasing reach and clientage. c) Ensure the monthly target of revenue generation is met through Referral Generation as per laid down nos. d) Responsible for preparing a schedule for conducting client meets and QA meets at regular intervals and adhering to the same. e) Marketing: Prepare a Sales & Marketing Plan and Budget and ensure its implementation. ii. Create a strong brand image and presence (for liasoning with organizations like professional associations, business associations, clubs etc.) iii. Ensure maintenance of electronic databases at the branch level for using the same as a marketing tool for business enhancement. f) Ensure timely submission of reports in proper formats as laid down by the management. g) Business Development: Provide support to the BD Team at HO to carry out research in order to initiate new avenues for business development. Customer Care : a) Assessment: Oversee the function of assessment and personally handle difficult cases in terms of assessment parameters and results. b) Case Filing: Ensure timely collection of documents by the responsible executives.
