Seeking an HR Professional with experience working in a research or scientific organization to manage all HR duties of a non-profit medical research institute of 45-50 employees. Duties include managing the life-cycle recruitment process, onboarding, benefit administration, offboarding, maintain and administer employee files, handbook, and company HR policies and procedures. Will conduct harassment training and facilitate conflict resolution. Maintain organizational knowledge of trends and best practices for employee management, recommend pay scales and annual wage increases, and coordinate annual performance reviews. Additional responsibilities include helping the Senior Staff coordinate the company compliance program. Successful candidate will have a minimum of bachelor's degree in human resources or business, with at least five-years work experience as an HR professional. It is also highly desirable to have a professional HR certification. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
