Provide engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences to employees. The learning experiences include new employee training and continued education. Facilitate courses in accordance with course guidelines that meet student metric requirements, including student event attendance, post course follow up, and successful course completion. Develop curriculum for inclusion in new and existing classes, including laboratory exercises, homework assignments, group activities, and post course work. Curriculum development includes definitive learning objectives, associated learning activities and metrics. Incorporate feedback from class participants and other training stakeholders into improved and expanding Education Services' curriculum and teaching methodology Support and execute Education Services events effectively and foster the development of professional relationships. Maintain technical proficiency in software and related hardware and software products necessary to execute training classes Job Requirements Required Qualifications: Enthusiastic with a passion to deliver technical based training to both technical and non-technical learners Demonstrate ability to successfully train technical applications to adults Highly organized and experience in multi-tasking Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment Ability to provide exceptional follow through and be customer-service driven Advanced interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Desired Qualifications: 1 - 2 or more years experience as a classroom instructor
