Objectives: • You will be responsible for pro-actively marketing the mall according to the tenancy plan and maximise occupancy, to achieve leasing and specialty leasing income goals established by Management. • You will be required to develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing and short-term tenants. Main responsibilities: • Negotiate and budget leasing terms and conditions • Tenant Management/ Lease Administration and Documentation in coordination with the • Study, review and recommend strategies that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall • Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation • Achieve specialty leasing income goals • Assist with developing the Leasing budget and business plan and establish objectives as required • Research and report on competitive Leasing and Specialty leasing trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas of the mall • Generate leasing leads and negotiate qualified deals from initiation to final execution • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants • Leasing management and forecast in order to maximize rental, thereby increasing various malls profitability • Finalize renewals of existing retailers in accordance to Company’s rules and procedures • Aid with the planning and development, leasing management and budget forecast in order to maximize rental • Finalize renewals of existing retailers in accordance to Company’s rules and procedures • Contribute towards strategic planning process by identifying and forecasting the market trends based on retailers in the local market • Conceptualize, execute and identify brand mix, rental rates, latest trends, information and market forces • Communicate issues to management and plan a course of corrective action as needed • Assist Management with feasibility studies, findings,
