• Coordinate with Project Manager & Site Engineers, understand the work requirements based on approved drawings and communicate the same to workers through daily toolbox talk. • Plan day to day work according to planning schedule and maintain constant communication with Project manager & engineers to ensure uninterrupted and smooth site operations. • Supervise site work, manage subcontracted or hired workers on site, maintain their working hours & overtime and report the same as requested. • Help site engineers to forecast manpower, material and machinery requirements as per project progress. • Ensure proper usage of materials & consumables by internal as well as external workers. • Avoid idle man-hours and ensure high productivity from every workers by motivating them and ensuring they understand the output required. • Ensure high level of safety at all times and take necessary actions within his control if anyone is found to be violating workplace rules or safety. • Highlight any issues which will obstruct site work to site engineers and project manager in a timely manner. • Perform any other duties from time to time as required by site engineers or project manager
