Sales Manager needed for a leading medical equipment company in Doha, Qatar Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent MBA/Master degree is a plus Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales managerial position Experience in selling medical equipment is a must Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Native Arabic speaker with good command of English Excellent management and leadership skills Computer literate and networking experience High level of responsibility, with the sense of loyalty and business ethics Analytical and strategic mindset Motivated, persistent and objective-oriented Job Description: Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed Conduct one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance
