• Development, implementation, enhancement for e-Channels and related applications • Development of new services based on Business requirements. • Should be familiar with Agile methodology • Oversee the identification, design and implementation of appropriate security measures/controls in relation to the services developed. • Enforce compliance with Bank’s system development lifecycle (SDLC) • Communicate issues to Senior Management in a timely manner to avoid delivery delays • Monitor the articulation of alternate approaches in solving problems and provide advice towards the most efficient and effective approach. • Oversee response to queries and ensure timely resolutions of all issues pertaining to service delivery • Ensure compliance with all QA policies/ procedures and standards. • Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (10%) • Should be a team player • Should communicate with different stake holders • Should take ownership of the whole SDLC and report on continuous basis
