Ali Bin Ali Establishment Country : Qatar Description : -Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. - Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. - Prepare Monthly Financial Report for Management Analysis. - Prepare Bank, Debtor, Creditor, Stock and Inter Unit Reconciliation at the end of each month. - Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. - Monitor Monthly Inventory variances and generate periodic reports to management. - Investigate and Resolve Discrepancies in Daily Cash and Card Sales Collection. - Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. - Process Payroll and Calculated deductions/additions by accurately using Oracle Financial System (ERP) to secure payment traceability.
