Company : Star sky trading Country : Qatar Description : We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist in the Doha, Qatar area to support our revenue and reputation growth goals. This position works closely with Business Development Manager in Germany to develop business with existing and prospective clients, and implement practice marketing plans. The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic, and someone who likes to contribute ideas that expand client development opportunities. Candidates should be detail-oriented, committed to excellence, self-directed, and have outstanding organizational skills. The role requires flexibility with overtime and occasional business travel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Participates in research related to business planning, pitches, and proposals. • Collaborates on development of pitches and proposals in pursuit of new business. • Assists business development managers with strategy, development, execution, and follow-up related to client-facing programming and events. • Participates in collection and mining of contact, experience, sales pipeline, and other data relevant to executing and tracking effective business development strategy. • Collaborates with other business development, marketing, communications, and graphics team members. • Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree required, in Marketing or Communications preferred. Professional services sales experience a plus. • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience required; Law, accounting, or consulting experience a plus. • Excellent writing and proofreading skills. • Eagerness and intellectual curiosity regarding business and the law, and enthusiasm about pursuing sales opportunities. • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
