MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE • Bachelor’s degree of any Human Resource/ Psychology/ Business Administration/Communication/ • Masters will be desirable • Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in Human resources, employee relations and recruitment. • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management and HRMS • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office programs • With good knowledge and understanding on Qatar labor & immigration legislations, laws and procedures. 3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS • Immediate Supervisors - For all operational aspects through feedbacks and reporting. • HR Team - Formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to Business Units, establish better and efficient communication
