Description : We have a job opening for CIVIL QA/QC MANAGER. Applicants must fulfill the following qualifications :
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with MMUP/UPDA Grade A License/Registration.
Number of years of experience: Minimum of 05- 07 years of experience in the same role of managing quality assurance and inspection of large projects of a civil contracting organization.
Specializations required: Certified Quality Manager/ Certified Quality Assurance Manager, Lead Auditor Certification, IMS (ISO 9001: 2015, OHSAS 45001: 2018, 14001: 2015),
Area of experience required:
1. Knowledge of using & implementation of the IMS system.
2. Experience with managing field engineering, inspection, and NDE related to all QA/QC functions.
3. Experience in project planning, execution (construction realities), management, and communication with all engineering groups.
4. Experience in shutdown planning and execution.
5. Development and management of non- conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs, including root cause analysis.
Competency requirements:
1. High level of technical expertise and knowledge in quality control and quality assurance methodologies, testing, building products & specifications, and industrial quality standards.
2. Good knowledge and hands- on experience in External & Internal Quality Audit Programme.
3. Executes high level of organization and time management skills through an organized ability to create multiple timelines, documentation and reports.
4. Flexibility – works well under pressure and adapts quickly to different situations and demands.
5. Possesses excellent communication skills through effective communication with all levels of project personnel (Client Representatives, Consultants, Subcontractors, Site Staff and Workers).
6. Must be proactive and possesses strong physical ability and health to carry out the daily strenuous activities as the job requires travelling from different project sites, frequently changing work schedules and unexpected project requirements.
