Description : VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Help desk engineer for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services Company in Qatar with the following terms and conditions.
Job Duties:
Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
Responsible for PC’s, Printers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
Perform online troubleshooting.
Assist with onboarding of new users.
Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
Service desk ticket management (assign, follow up and close).
Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
Windows 10 strong knowledge.
Office 365 strong knowledge.
English language.
Good communication skills.
