OVERALL JOB PURPOSE: To achieve the booking and sales target for Service and Aftermarket Business Unit products (Service Agreements (Maintenance contracts), Service Repairs and Service modernization (retrofit/replacement)) with specified gross margin contribution and receivable days, in line with the company’s Environment, Health & Safety and quality standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Order Intake: Work towards achieving the assigned order intake target in the respective categories of Service Agreements, Service Repairs and Service Modernisation, while complying with company Finance, Ethics and Sales Policies. Sales: Work towards achieving the assigned sales target in the respective categories of Service Agreements, Service Repairs and Service Modernisation, with aggressive internal and external customer follow-up. Gross Margin: Work towards achieving the assigned Gross Margin target in the respective categories of Service Agreements, Service Repairs and Service Modernisation by extensive customer negotiation and winning projects at the right price. Receivables: Be personally responsible for the pending receivables from customer and ensure that all outstanding balances are cleared in timely manner. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC service sales. • Knowledge of HVAC industry in Qatar • Qatar Driving license • Good command of written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
