Qatar National Bank is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our IT Support Team. Our ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for providing first-class technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring their requests and queries are handled in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career with an innovative and forward-thinking organization. To be considered for this role, you should have a Degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus at least two years’ experience in IT support or a similar role. You should have a strong background in software and hardware troubleshooting, and be experienced in providing technical support across a variety of platforms. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of network infrastructure and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
