We are seeking a skilled English Language Trainer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an English Language Trainer in the Education, Training & Teaching industry, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality English language instruction to students of various proficiency levels. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator with excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language to contribute to the development of students' language skills.Responsibilities:Plan and deliver English language lessons to students, incorporating effective teaching strategies and methodologies.Assess students' language proficiency and customize instructional approaches to meet their individual learning needs.Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters students' language acquisition, fluency, and confidence.Develop and implement lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum guidelines and learning objectives.Utilize a variety of teaching resources, including multimedia tools, technology, and authentic materials, to enhance the learning experience.Provide constructive feedback to students on their language skills, progress, and areas for improvement.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes mutual respect, cultural understanding, and language fluency.Collaborate with other English language trainers and staff to share best practices, resources, and professional development opportunities.Stay updated with current trends and advancements in language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into instructional practices.Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and assessment results. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably in an international or multicultural setting. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with a clear and neutral accent. Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Familiarity with language proficiency frameworks, such as CEFR, and the ability to assess students' language levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students of diverse backgrounds and age groups. Ability to create engaging and interactive learning activities that cater to different learning styles and abilities. Proficiency in using technology and digital resources for instructional purposes. A teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is an advantage. Fluency in additional languages is a plus, but not required.
