Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality inspections of food and beverage products throughout the production process.
  • Develop and revise quality assurance protocols and policies to enhance product safety and integrity.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Analyze product samples and test for compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and records of quality assessments, inspections, and test results.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices regarding quality assurance procedures and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with suppliers to evaluate and verify the quality of raw materials and ingredients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in quality control software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
