Responsibilities

• Install telecommunications equipment including routers, switches, and phone systems
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on telecommunication systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner
• Conduct field visits to evaluate and address customer telecommunication needs
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to deliver solutions
• Maintain detailed records of installation and repair work
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a telecom technician or similar role
• Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and technologies
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
