• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers and create unique tracking tools an excel and more sophisticated office application including Excel Dashboard visualizations.
• Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
• Physical stock counts and material movement is your responsibility
• Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
• Beside the logistic task you will be responsible for all safety audits and regulations at site
• Organization of all calibrations of tools
Requirements
• Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
• Professional skills in advanced office software to create tracking tools and excel dashboard for visualization of the logistic status.
• SAP basic knowledge

About the role:
The main duties of the Logistics Administrator will be to effectively support the Logistics section of the Procurement department in relation to multi-modal freight movement.
